Smartabase supports most frequently-used languages. The language you see when logged into Smartabase can be updated either by a Smartabase administrator via the people tool or by yourself (or a coach) from your user account. Most sites default to the language of your organization's home country, but people who speak one of Smartabase’s supported languages can update their account to choose their preferred language.
Keep in mind that Smartabase will only translate text that is a core part of the system itself, not within custom-built objects (such as event forms, profile forms and databases). Smartabase objects should only be built in English because non-English symbols are not fully supported when used in field names, calculations and other form elements.
If objects have been created in English and someone has their account set to a different language, then your organization should provide a translation for the terminology used in the objects to be translated. For this scenario, a translation file can be used to upload translations for any custom objects contained in your Smartabase site.
The following languages are currently supported across Smartabase, with new languages being added over time. Note that the languages marked as Partial in the table below are translated in Smartabase Online but may contain errors or be incomplete.
